Integrated Camera vs. Phone Camera due to linked to windows

I cannot use the integrated camera on my laptop when running zoom or any other application, it automatically goes to my phone. I have changed the camera to integrated within zoom, but it still doesn't work and I receive an error message about not being able to use my camera. I did turn off access to my camera through my device settings on the computer, however, then it doesn't have a camera to use. I have the linked to windows feature enabled (have had it for over 1 year), but have only started having this issue with my camera function recently. I have updated all drivers on my computer as wel
