Integrated Camera and Bluetooth (drivers) ongoing issues

For a while now, I've been experiencing an issue where on my laptop (Lenovo IdeaPad S340-15APITouch) my integrated camera keeps having issues working, especially whenever I join or use a videoconferencing platform or site like Teams or Zoom. This happens almost every time I join a session and the webcam will show up and then disappear and state that the camera is either in use in another application (it's not) or can't be recognized.
