Instead of loading windows 10 home I loaded win 10 PRO. during a recovery. how do I reinstall win 10 HOME when a factory reset did'nt work?

i cannot activate my device because during a recovery i inadvertently loaded win 10 PRO INSTEAD OF WIN 10 HOME. Microsoft i assume has my original activation info already codes to my computer etc, but cannot activate unless win 10 home is installed. i have done everything i know how to do, but now even after a factory reset the device is responding like PRO was the original OS. i need to get this done before i can no longer use this device come October 14th, any help or advice would be appreciated.
