installing Windows on new ssd its lagging and freezing

So I recently installed a new Kingston 1tb ssd into my Dell g7 7588 I have created a bootable usb of windows 10 22h2 and did a clean install on my laptop deleting all the partitions and installing windows on the newly ssd. Now whenever I launch windows it updates and downloads all the drivers and I downloaded all the Nvidia drivers aswell. when I go over to install games onto my new ssd (I used to install games on HDD before cause the ssd was 128gigs before) My windows completely freezes and I can't run anything it's so stuttering and laggy.
