Installing windows after linux

I had Arch Linux installed on my laptop and decided to switch to Windows. I downloaded the Windows ISO from the official Microsoft website and used Rufus on another laptop to create a bootable USB drive. After that, I performed a secure erase of the drive on my laptop using HP’s secure erase feature. However, when I plugged in the USB drive and attempted to boot from it, I encountered the following error
