Installing Realtek audio drivers using 'Add legacy hardware' is bluescreening my computer, Windows 11.

Yesterday I booted up my computer to find I can't hear any audio coming from my headset plugged into my PC's audio jack. The Realtek audio drivers seemed to have disappeared (for some reason this isn't letting upload any screenshots). None of the output devices say Realtek audio and none of them work with my headset. I'm also experiencing the code 10 error (this device will not start) for my high definition audio controller under the system devices. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Realtek audio drivers (off Realtek* High Definition Audio Driver for Windows 11* for Intel® NUC 12 Enthusiast Kit & Mini PC - NUC12SN
