Installing East Asian Languages - Problem

Hello all,

I recently had my hard disk completely wiped after catching a horrid virus.

I'm trying to get my PC back to normal; that includes activating East Asian

languages as I'm studying Japanese in Uni. I need the XP boot CD to do this,

but have no idea where it is! Do you guys know if Microsoft provides a

download of the software or something?
