Installing Driver for Facial Recognition Sign in

Good Morning, I purchased a brand-new computer by MSI for $1500 and it annoyingly does not have the IR Driver necessary for facial recognition (because of course it doesn't, why the heck would it) anyways - because MSI decided to cheap out on this - Is there any way I can install an IR Driver so that I can utilize Windows Hello Sign in via Facial Recognition?
