I'm trying to install DotNet 4.7.2 onto a windows 7 PC. When I go to run the install, I get the error message saying something along the lines of "timestamp signature / certificate can not be verified or is malformed. After looking at the certificates in the properties, I see that it's because the counter certificate "Microsoft root certificate authority 2010" is missing.I checked the certificate stores using MMC and can not find the certificate anywhere. All the certificates listed under the missing certificate are available though (timestamp pca 2010 and timestamp service).I currently have t
