Installing Access Runtime

Hello,

I am working in an Enterprise company.

We decided to work with Microsoft office Pro plus 2019.

In addition, I have been ask to install the latest Access Runtime.

I downloaded the exe from here and tried to use the command:

setupaccessruntimeretail.x86.en-us.exe /download accessruntime.xml

xml content is:

<Add SourcePath="c:\access\x32"
OfficeClientEdition="32"
Channel="SemiAnnual" >
<Product ID="AccessRuntimeRetail">
<Language ID="en-us" />
</Product>
</Add>
<Updates Enabled="TRUE"

<Display Level="None" AcceptEULA="TRUE" />
<Logging Level="Standard" Path="%temp%" />
</Configuration>


But still the command fails and downloading is not started.

Can i install Office 2019 pro plus along side with Office 365 access runtime?
