Installer problem

One of my XP Pro (SP3) machines has stopped being able to install

applications from CD using the InstallShield installer. The installer

launches, but when the user selects an option nothing happens. The issue

occurs both using the CD drive itself and installing from a network location.

Some downloaded application have installed with no problem, so the issue

seems to be specific to the particular installer.



Any suggestions as to trouble shooting procedure would be greatly appreciated.

Instashield installer works with windows installer,is windows installer

working.If not,go to run type: msiexec /unregister Once thru,return

to run,type: msiexec /regserver
