Installed Windows 11 22H2 Now Everything is Broken

Hi,My PC upgraded to Windows 11 Pro 22H2. The day after installation things started misbehaving.Now I can't open the following apps and receive error messages attempting to do so.- Notepad- Windows Explorer- Various Windows Systems Dialog Boxes- Photoshop- Lightroom- Visual Studio is now unstable- The mouse is continuously freaking out and flashing with a massive hourglass - When i get logged out the system freezes- TeamsLike Photoshop complains of no RAM when attempting to open. (I have 64GB and this even happens immediately after cold restart).But, things are worse than i can list here. Ther
