Hello,
Earlier today I installed the Windows 7 Convenience rollup on my computer, on which I installed Home premium SP1 a few days ago. The update installed and the computer rebooted fine, but after checking the available updates list in the windows update window, 200+ updates are still required.
Additionally, when I try to install these 200+ updates, they start downloading, even though the available update list shows them to all be already downloaded, the download also never progresses beyond 0%.
The Windows 7 Convenience update shows "successful install" under installed updates. Is this just a display glitch? Or do I still need to install 200+ updates(please no), the only reason I used the convenience rollup was because the normal updater wasn't working, and would always end in "Failure configuring updates".
