"Installed Apps" missing from settings

Was trying to reinstall an app and went to the settings>Apps but Installed Apps is missing from the page. Only Default Apps, Video Playback, and Startup are there.Tried SFC /Scannow and DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
