Installed a game from ocean of games. The avengers.aio turns out to be a malware

So i downloaded a game form ocean of games (more like ocean of viruses) and i followed these procedures in order to extract the game:Step: 1 was installing setup_0.Step: 2 was extracting and installing setup_1.Step: 3 was extracting and installing seup_2.Before doing all of this it asked me to disable windows defender, which I did, but i didnt follow all the steps there was another step that has a named called disable defender and it got me all suspicious and i looked up the avengers,aio and it turns out to be a malware a big one at that and i delete the game which has that malw
