Installation Error

I was trying to install Microsoft visual web developer 2005 express but i got
this error message:

Required Prerequisite:

Windows 2003 server service pack 1 update information.

When i went to Microsoft update website i got the error message

[Error number: 0x80072F78]
The website has encountered a problem and cannot display the page you are
trying to view. The options provided below might help you solve the problem.
