Install Windows 11 on a Chromebook

I have a Lenovo Chromebook Duet 10.1 and I want Windows 11 instead of Chrome OS. I opened the file Windows11InstallationAssistant.exe and it just won't open. Sometimes, I get the message "This file is designed for a PC using Windows software. This is not compatible with your device which runs ChromeOS.
