Install old version of Snipping Tool for Windows 7, 8, 10

Hi - I stupidly deleted the snipping tool used in Windows 10 and do not like the new one. I've tried to recover it but it was 100% uninstalled and it's no longer anywhere in my files. Is there a "safe" link to download it? Thank you!NOTE: Disregard what is selected for Topic. Options didn't include Snipping Tool.
