Install Grolier Encyclopedia 1997 on Windows 7 64-bit Ultimate

I am trying to install a copy of Grolier Multimedia Encyclopedia 1997 on my computer with Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit Edition. I keep receiving the message that the program is not compatible with the version of Windows that I am running. I have tried to execute the setup.exe and the program.exe. I have also tried starting the program with multiple different Windows options in the compatibility troubleshooter.
