My update downloads and before installing to 15% it says me for update restart, nothing is installed during restart and the PC restarts normally and shows Install error - 0xc1900130 in Windows Update. This issue is keep going. How do I fix this?Edition Windows 11 Pro Insider Preview Version DevOS build 22504.1010
