Install error - 0x80070020 23H2 to 24H2 or to later 23h2 version

[Windows 11]

I've been stuck on the same version (2025-01 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 23H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5050021)), and I have been unable to install any future versions or update to 24H2. I've followed many of the YouTube videos, and none of them have changed anything.
