Install Driver to show Hardware

I just wieder my laptop and want to reinstall Windows 11. I have a MSI GE76 Raider with Click Bios. I cannot login however, because I have the "Defaultuser0" Problem. What can I do?The pucture is my bios. I already deactivated VMD.
