Install a driver for your network adapter

Hey, So i got a new laptop i already installed the windows 10, i bypassed the wifi connection and now when i try to connect it says install a driver for your network adapter i tried with a usb but every time i tried installing i restarted the laptop but the driver wasnt there is there something im doing wrong or something. I tried 3 different drivers, yes i installed them but they don't show up and my problem with the wifi hasn't been solved can someone help me ive been stuck for 2 hours.
