On Monday, March 10th, 2025, I engaged in a live chat with a Microsoft Support representative regarding my account, which had been hacked, and the email associated with it was changed. During the chat, I was instructed to provide a contact email for further updates, and I was informed that I would receive an update within 3-5 business days, although delays were possible.It has now been 10 business days, and I have yet to receive any communication from Microsoft Support regarding my case.
