Hello.We would like to inquire as below about the cause of the inability to connect to our Agent program on the Windows 11 version.<Problem>1. Install and run our Agent program on your Windows 11 PC (Installation and execution complete)2. A USB connected device (card reader) to a Windows 11 PC and our server (our website) cannot be connected through the agent.<What we learned>1. All things being equal, there are no above issues at all on Windows 10 PC (Difference: Different operating system versions)2. Not all Windows 11 PCs are unable to connect, and some PCs are unable to connect
