"Input Not Supported" every old solutions didnt work at all, need help!

Hello! Today i changed my monitor which is acer(idk the other info of this monitor exactly). After i changed it it was working fine but had terrible resolution so i wanted to increase the display resolution and after i changed the resolution there is grey box floating in my desktop "Input Not Supported" . i found plenty of solution for this but didnt work at all. For example the safe mode and base-video solutions as much as crompt methods too. but didnt work at all. The thing i noticed that after i tried these solutions, when i tried to crompt method that grey box didnt appear at all untill when my computer starts up (btw im using win 10), asks me to sign(when after logged on and signing in, my monitor instantly black'ed and when comes appear the whole resolution was resetted to previous resolution which is having that grey box"input not supported" problem
