Input delay on game

Hello,I've recently been experiencing some sort of input delay during gaming where I can't sprint with the right button of my mousepad nor can I properly use the left button to attack, due to the delay of a few seconds. The mousepad works just fine outside of the game, but not on it. The driver (ELAN Input Device) is updated and so is my PC. I don't know what could be causing this, any assistance is appreciated.
