Infinite windows 11 loading boot

I’ve watched several Tutorials including resetting the entire pc from cloud and local and I’ve done everything in it with the cmd prompt stuff and it’s stuck on this loading screen for the past 8 hours. My pc was being weird so I factory reset it and then all this happened afterwards.
