"Infinite" disturbing noise on my Surface Laptop 5

I have an MP4 video to share and prove what happened, but it seems not possible to upload it here? I was watching a YouTube video when all of a sudden, the entire screen froze. Summary: * Frozen screen* Unmoving mouse* Devilish (!!!) disturbing noiseWhat I tried: 1) Getting anything on the screen to move -> to no avail2) Getting rid of the shockfreeze and the disturbing noise by shutting the laptop screen down -> noise kept ringing -> to no avail3) Pressing the power off button -> didn't work for the longest time.
