This has been bothering me for months now. My computer will work for a few days (Windows 11) and then after a few days, it will stop working. It's a brand new computer. I purchased it after my old computer ran into some malware/virus/rootkit type issues. Possibly it was ransomware because large parts of my hard-drive got encrypted. There was nothing important so I just stuck it in the closet and ignored it. After purchasing my new computer, I immediately logged into my Microsoft account using my old username and password and this is where the problems began. I started running into issue
