Infamous error 0xc000007b : How to fix ?

Hello all,When i try starting a bunch of applications (games, epic games launcher for now) i have the systematic error 0xc000007b, app unable to start.Windows 11, up to date.This is the third time i have this issue, i have solved it twice, but now I am blocked: I already tried about 20 debugs methods! and spended hours on it...I have replaced all DLL, reinstalled apps, reinstalled vcredist, updated windows, updated DX, updated .NET, runned AIO (by the way this indep app seems more useful than a SFC since it solved the issue for me once, and for a lot of users...) which were enough the first ti
