Incorrect password in Windows Recovery Environment

Hello! Today, I faced a problem with my laptop. I was trying to clean my disk using a cleaning program, but it deleted all the files. After that, I turned off my laptop, and when I turned it back on, there was a blue screen, and the Windows Recovery Environment opened. When I try to recover it, reset it, or open the command line, it asks for my account password.
