Incompatible driver, not letting me turn on core isolation.

Hello! I've searched for hours tried many methods but I cant find to seem a way to delete this driver called "E1G6032E.sys" The product name is Intel(R) PRO/1000 Adapter , it was in my hidden devices and I deleted it because it is not apart of my system (previously before this I was able to source down to E1G6032E.sys and delete it but it did not work) I've deleted all of that and restarted my computer, trying to turn on core isolation it showed the same driver, but its deleted, from everywhere I'm confused on what to do now. Please help
