inacessible boot device

one time my house was having an electric outage due to overloading, since that time my laptop couldnt boot at all, i try to find the problem and it was my ssd being broken, it wasnt detected on my bios setting even after i tried any solution, so i decided to get a new ssd. i bought one and install it, checked it if its detected on the bios and fortunately it is. but i still couldnt boot my laptop, its said "inacessible boot device". then i go back to the bios setting, i found that in the boot menu, there is no list of boot priority order other than "1. windows boot manager". please help me, i
