Inaccessible boot drive error!

Brand new ASUS running Win 11 laptop with “inaccessible boot drive” error. The auto repair isn’t working and it won’t let me start in safe mode - it just freezes when I try. I have not installed any new hardware and there are no system images to restore from since it’s new. I don’t have a usb with windows, as it was pre installed at point of purchase. The option to remove the latest updates doesn’t work. I tried the locker key thing, and that also doesn’t work. I’m about it return to the point of purchase, but want to check here. Very disappointing.
