inaccessible boot device

i have z790 board and i changed the secure boot option from other os to uefi boot and after that my pc stopped loading to windows and i cant even load to bios unless i pressed the CMOS button or remove the motherboard battery i managed to enter to the bios and pressed the default button for the bios to get everything like it was before. then i started to get blue screen error code inaccessible boot device and i cant restore windows or troubleshoot or anything, and if i want to enter to bios again i need to remove the battery again or it will stay at black screen, i tried putting the setti
