Inaccessible boot device only when loading advanced startup settings.

My Pc is having an Inaccessible Boot device error. Only when I am going to the advanced settings startup menu, I accidentally removed myself from administrator role on my pc and the only way for me to get it back is to go get into safe mode but I can’t do that, is there any way to fix this?
