For the past week, I have not been able to login to my Lenovo laptop. I always did login with my finger print. Now, a message pops up - "You're now required to login with your PIN." There is no box or field for me to type in my PIN. Lenovo informed me that they are solely concerned with hardware. Any assistance from anyone would be greatly appreciated. I cannot accomplish my work. Thank you in anticipation.
