In Windows 11, the setting for "Screen and Sleep" keeps resetting

Hi All,In Windows 11, I would like to ask about an issue with the "Screen and Sleep" settings. Despite following the configuration steps provided by Microsoft Agents and Technical Support, the problem remains unresolved.We have attempted several different techniques to resolve this issue, but unfortunately, none have been successful so far. We even set the turn-off my screen timer to "Never". After we reboot the Windows, the setting will be reset.Please click this image for reference.Thank you.Ray
