In Windows 11 Pro, with bitlocker on, are files encrypted when they're "at rest" in my online Onedrive folders.

I have Windows 11 Pro and Onedrive. My documents are in folders that are always available on my pc (whether or not I'm online). Bitlocker is on. I understand that the files are encrypted on my pc. And the files sync to Onedrive over a secure connection. When the files are at rest in my online Onedrive folders, are they encrypted?I have two pcs with Bitlocker on, running Windows 11 pro, and both sync to Onedrive. If one pc creates or edits a file, and the file is synced to the second pc, will the second pc be able to decrypt the file?
