In Windows 11 Photo app, I cannot see the menu bar for "Collections", "Albums", "Folders", "People" etc.

I just installed Win11 and started using the Microsoft Photos App. At first it showed a menu bar across the top for "Collections", "Albums", etc. but now I no longer see the menu bar. I need help figuring out how to turn it back on or fixing it so it shows.Thanks.
