In Windows 11 how do I get the Downloads folder to show ALL folders, not filtered by date created?

When I go to file explorer and click the view tab, There is no GROUP BY selection as some solutions suggest.I cannot change what sub- folders show in the downloads folder.

Explorer. Always show in the left pane a sub-folders position in the full folder tree.
