In windows 10 after BOSD a black/blank screen is appearing and won't start. windows is corrupted. please help

I am using windows 10 in my laptop. It was working fine but suddenly the bsod(blue screen of death) appeared and the device goes to restart but after it is not getting on when opened it'll show the windows loading screen and then a black/blank screen with loading symbol then a complete black/blank screen and no buttons like f4 and the safe mode are working but the keyboard was working. When shown to a repairing shop they said the windows is corrupted and give it back to me. Please help it has important file in it. Please help
