In w10 some files were on the internal computer hard drive and some files were in ONe Drive. It appears all file are in One Drive in w11

In w10, some files were on the internal computer hard drive, and others were in One Drive. It appears all files are in One Drive in w11. How can I use internal storage and keep One Drive from grabbing everything?
