I have the Print Shop 23 deluxe installed on my computer. When trying to open the Print Shop, I got an error message saying I needed to show the file was valid and I could access it. I went to the Print Shop support center and it was suggested that I repair the problem by reinstalling the Print Shop. I tried that but got another message saying there was an error and the installation was cancelled. I paid for this program through Encore and have used it many times with no problems.
