In the Windows 7 system, when accessing shared files from others, the files in the shared folder appear grayed out, and an "X" is displayed at the bottom right corner of each file, making them inaccessible. Upon opening, a message appears stating that the file does not exist. The properties of the files in the shared folder show 0 bytes. Is there any solution to this issue?
