in IE 11 latest version, could not set the session cookie from the child site loaded in iFrame

We could not set the session cookie from the child site being loaded in an iFrame from different site. All was working fine before upgrade. It stopped working fine when we upgrade the OS patch

• The application works fine when the IE11 version was Version 11.0.9600.1638 and the KB # was KB82888505
• It stopped working after upgrading the OS patch. The IE 11 version now showing is Version: 11.0.9600.19650 and the KB n# now is KB4540671

• Attached the settings we did for both older and new version of IE

We would like to know the reason why it stopped working. Should we do any settings enabled.
