Greetings, sir. I work in the IT department and I am having a lot of issues with the blue screen. I recently bought a new laptop running Windows 11 Pro. It has only five standard software installed, and it keeps crashing with BSOD errors five times a day. Not only that, but I receive two to three complaints about this identical issue every day. When one device isn't connected to the laptop or desktop, I'll try everything, even updating all of the drivers and software completely. also try a fresh Windows installation, but after a few months the same issue appears on a laptop or desktop.
