In Disk Management My External Drive has NO drive letter & NO File System

I needed to find a Larger Drive for my Files/Folders Backup but ran into the following issues when attempting to Mount said drive! In Disk Management my 2GB(Primary Partition) External Drive shows as Online & Healthy yet NO file system & NO drive letter available, hence not available via Finder. I attempted to assign a Drive Letter via Command Promp per "DaveM121" instructions for another similar question back in January 2022. I was able to assign a Letter but the problem is it assigned the Letter to the 200MB EFI Drive of the external drive, not what I wanted. I need access to the 2GB
