In browser Live Chat Support loading forever

[Windows 11]

After updating to Windows 11, the PC wont open Microsoft Store, many Windows apps, such as 'calculator' and 'paint' are non-existent after the upgrade.I've gone down the rabbit hole of resetting/re-installing the Store by various methods to no avail, hence contacting live support.The live support chat browser page wont go anywhere past 'loading', I've tried multiple browsers, clearing caches/cookies, again to no avail.I've attached a screenshot of the loading page, but on my end it says 'not found', unfortunately there is no easy way to fix this with my PC missing so many basic applications -
